Your Right to Erasure

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request that Meat Staff delete the personal data we hold about you. This includes any information collected through our website, WhatsApp messaging service, application forms, or recruitment process.

What We Will Delete

Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will remove:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your WhatsApp conversation history with our service
• Your CV, application data, and any documents you submitted
• Any notes or records associated with your candidacy

Please note that we may be required to retain certain records for legal or regulatory obligations (e.g. tax, employment law compliance). In such cases, we will inform you of what is retained and why.

How to Submit a Request

To request deletion of your data, please send an email to info@meatstaff.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• Your full name
• The email address or phone number associated with your account or application
• A brief description of what you would like deleted (or "all data" if you want everything removed)

Response Time

We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days, in line with GDPR requirements. We may contact you to verify your identity before proceeding.
